it's going to lose a lot of energy as it continues to progress south. we stop the clock for you. at 5:00 a.m. when we meet back here this is what you have to drive to work with, heavy pockets all the way throughout the bay area. stop it again at 10:00, that's when the heavier rain will let up. between 10:00 and 5:00, we'll get dry breaks but those light on and off intermittent showers will continue. like i've been saying the heavier rain arrives overnight while you're sleeping for the most part but that means slick conditions for the early morning drive. if you have to commute to work saturday morning, it will be a little bit on the rough side. we stop that clock for you again as we head through 6:00 p.m. saturday. that's when our next round of heavy rain returns and that's going to really pick up the first part of sunday, but you'll have an opportunity to get outdoors sunday afternoon. look at some of these totals. i told you, we've got more rain on the way tuesday into wednesday. that's going to bring your totals up closer to 8 to 9 inches from the original 7 inches we were thi
